Enrollment is only valid after full payment is completed by and with the consent of the parent/legal guardian of the participating learner.

All students under 18 require explicit consent from a parent/guardian to enroll.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student’s compliance with program rules.

3. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in full before the program starts. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Participants are encouraged to carefully review the event details before paying to ensure their availability and commitment to attend.

Refunds may be issued only if the program is cancelled by the provider.

Secure third-party payment gateways will be used; no financial data is stored by the provider.

4. Disclaimers

Educational Outcomes: The program is supplementary and does not guarantee improved exam results or full curriculum coverage.

Technical Issues: The provider is not liable for internet/device failures on the student’s end.

Content Accuracy: Materials are provided “as is”; errors or omissions may occur.

5. Liability Limitation

The provider is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost study time, technical disruptions).

Parents/guardians assume responsibility for the student’s health and well-being during sessions.

6. Privacy Policy (POPIA Compliance)

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials (videos, worksheets) are owned by the provider. Redistribution is prohibited.

8. Termination

The provider reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of terms.

9. Force Majeure

No liability for disruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, pandemics).

10. Amendments
