MaSSter Mentor is a flagship mentorship programme developed through a collaboration between the DSI-NRF Centre of Excellence in Mathematical and Statistical Sciences (CoE-MaSS) and STEM MentHER. Designed for CoE-MaSS-funded PhD candidates and Postdoctoral Fellows, the programme equips emerging researchers with the knowledge, skills, and mentorship needed to thrive in academia. Through personalised mentoring, teaching and leadership development, research support, and a vibrant peer network, MaSSter Mentor is building the next generation of confident, impactful academics in mathematical and statistical sciences.
