"STEM MentHER has allowed me to get the feel of what to expect from a university. I remember that due to one of the events, I had my first opportunity to step onto a university campus, and it made me excited for the journey ahead. It was at that same event that I learned that I wasn't entering into my degree for myself but to make an impact that would affect everyone around me. I was able to figure out a lot of confusion I had, as my mentor, who was chosen for me, was patient and always had the answers to the questions I had, and for that, I am grateful."
