Grade 12 Mathematics: Session 1

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Enrollment is only valid after full payment is completed by and with the consent of the parent/legal guardian of the participating learner. 

2. Parental/Guardian Consent

• All students under 18 require explicit consent from a parent/guardian to enroll.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student’s compliance with program rules.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in full before the program starts. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Participants are encouraged to carefully review the event details before paying to ensure their availability and commitment to attend.

• Refunds may be issued only if the program is cancelled by the provider.

• Secure third-party payment gateways will be used; no financial data is stored by the provider.

4. Disclaimers

• Educational Outcomes: The program is supplementary and does not guarantee improved exam results or full curriculum coverage.

• Technical Issues: The provider is not liable for internet/device failures on the student’s end.

• Content Accuracy: Materials are provided “as is”; errors or omissions may occur.

5. Liability Limitation

• The provider is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost study time, technical disruptions).

• Parents/guardians assume responsibility for the student’s health and well-being during sessions.

6. Privacy Policy (POPIA Compliance)

• Personal data (e.g., names, contact details) is collected only for program administration.

• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• Parents/guardians may request data deletion post-program.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials (videos, worksheets) are owned by the provider. Redistribution is prohibited.

8. Termination

• The provider reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of terms.
